The history of stainless steel press fitting in China

In 1992, a German company called Viega introduced the first stainless steel press fitting system to China. The system was well-received by Chinese plumbers due to its ease of installation, reliability, and durability.

Over the next few years, other international companies such as Geberit and Rothenberger also introduced their own press fitting systems to the Chinese market. These companies worked closely with local distributors and plumbing contractors to promote the benefits of press fitting technology and to provide training on installation techniques.

As the demand for press fitting systems grew, Chinese manufacturers began to develop their own products. Today, there are many Chinese companies that produce high-quality stainless steel press fittings, including M-Press, B-Flex, and Hailiang.

The popularity of stainless steel press fitting technology continues to grow in China, as more and more plumbers and contractors recognize the benefits of this innovative system. Press fitting technology is now widely used in a variety of applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
